West Wolds Radio is very keen to hear from local groups, charities and organisations which operate in Pocklington and district.
The new community station for the area wants to feature their activities during its daily output. West Wolds Radio will be launched on Sunday 29th November at 10.31am and will broadcast on 103.1FM, online and streamed via tablets and
mobiles.
Manager Stuart Cocker says: “We have made contact with dozens of organisations since we announced our plans to set up the station and many of them keep in touch with us. For those charities and groups that don’t, we are very keen to encourage them to send in stories and press releases and have people available to talk on the radio.”
