Despite the absence of a natural focal point such as a pub, school or shop, East Cottingwith is a vibrant village and community with many groups and regular activities.
Please select on the community groups menu in the green band above whether you want information about a group in the village or a group which supports us from outside.
We have also added a menu option which will provide you with details of funding opportunities we are aware of (and hints on how to submit a bid). We hope you find this of use.

Projector available for screening presentations
The ERYC have provided the Parish Council with a projector for viewing presentations off a laptop or tablet. This projector is available to all groups organising an event in the village. Please contact the Parish Council should you wish to use it.
(Note your tablet must take a VGA or USB cable. Most laptops have a VGA connection.) A USB memory stick may be connected to the projector directly for viewing pictures only.
